Colors: Foreground: #f18a25 - Background: #026072

Set the main color of your tube to the background and choose a different color for the foreground
Open a new image with the color white measuring 900x550px
Selections - Select all
Copy your main tube and paste it into the selection

Adjust - Blur - Radial Blur

Add a new layer

Paint the selection with the foreground color

Image - Mirror - Mirror Horizontal

Copy the tube [Amber_Deco_Tsha] and paste it as a new layer
Layers - Properties - Blend mode: Luminance (L)
Copy the main tube and paste it as a new layer
Adjust the size
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen
Drop Shadow: 0 0 85 25 black
Edit - Copy Special - Copy Merged
Paste as a new image
Minimize your working image and continue editing the copy
Activate the Selections Tool and configure it according to the print

The Selection Tool configured this way, selects the part where you click with the mouse. In this case, it is to select the woman's face. So, click on some part near the face and see if you selected it correctly, if not, press Undo and click again until you select the right face
You can also go to Selections - Edit Selection and use the Move tool to position the selection where you want. Then, go to Selections - Edit Selection to finish editing
Selections - Promote selection to layer
Add new layer
Paint the selection with white color
Selections - Modify - Contract=5

Paint the selection with the background color
Selections - Modify - Contract=1

Press Delete on the keyboard
