Notes:
> Open the material / Duplicate (shift+d) / Close the originals
> Change the blend mode of the layers to match their colors.
> In older versions of PSP, Mirror Horizontal=Mirror / Mirror Vertical=Flip / Pick tool=deformation

> Open the masks in psp and minimize
>Adjust the size of the tubes according to your images

Open a new transparent image measuring 800x800px
Selections - Select all
Copy [LDesigns-2018 Landscape Mist Collection 045]
Paste into selection
Select none
Adjust - Blur - Radial Blur
 

Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling
 

Layers - Duplicate
Merge visible
Copy (will stay in memory)
Minimize the working image
Open the mask [22img_tubes_25] in the psp
Duplicate (shift+d) - Close the original
Layers - Promote background layer
Select the white part of the image using the Magic Wand - tolerance/feather=0
Press Delete on the keyboard
Select none
Select the dark gray border with the Magic Wand
 

Add a new layer
Paste the image that is in the memory into the selection
Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel
 

Select none
Paste the image that is in the memory as a new layer
Layers - Arrange - Send to bottom
If it is too light:
Layers - Duplicate
Layers - Properties - Blend mode: Multiply (or another blend that matches)
Activate the top layer (Raster 2)
Add a new layer
Selections - Select all
Open the mask [Silvie-Mask_Deco11J]
Copy and paste into the selection
Select none
Layers - Properties - blend Mode: Screen
Copy [LDesigns-2018 Landscape Mist Collection 045]
Paste as new layer
Image - Resize: 60% - all layers unchecked
Activate the Raster 1 layer (circle)
Click inside the circle using the Magic Wand
Selections - Invert
Activate the landscape layer (top layer)
Press Delete
Select none
The layers will be like this:
 

Add new layer
Selections - Select all
Copy [08 flower 005]
Select none
Paste into selection
Layers - Properties - Blend mode: Darken
Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 5: Impact - Perspective shadow - Preset [Drop Shadow, Blurry]

Paste as new layer
Image - Resize: 25% - all layers unchecked
Position in the upper right corner or as you prefer

Paste as new layer

Obkects - Align - Left
Layers - Duplicate
Position to the right (see model)
Adjust both images according to the model
Merge Down

Paste as new layer
Position on the left side according to the model
Drop shadow: 0 0 60 10 black
Copy [Coleçao Face 036 2018 LDesigns]
Paste as new layer
Image - Resize: 90% - All layers unchecked
Image - Mirror - Mirror Horizontal
Position according to model
Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 5: Impact - Perspective shadow - same as above
 

Image - Add borders - 2px - white
Copy (will remain in memory)
Image - Add borders - 20px - #fcbda5
Select this 20px border with the Magic Wand
Paste the image that is in memory into the selection
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur: 50

Effects - Plugins - Unlimited 2 - Sapphire Filters 1c-Turn (this plugin is in the material)
 

Effects - User Defined Filter - Emboss 3

Select none
Copy [text]
Paste as new layer
Image - Negative Image
Position according to the model or as you prefer
Image - Add borders - 1px - black
Place the signatures
Merge all
Save as jpeg
