Required images:
1 female tube
1 landscape

Open a new transparent image with
800x700px
Colors: foreground: #023e7c - #f9b236
Prepare a linear gradient
Paint the image with this gradient
Selections / Select all
Copy the landscape
Paste it into the selection
Select none
Effects / Image Effects / Seamless Tiling - default
Effects / Artistic Effects / Enamel
- color #ea6119
Layers / Duplicate
Close this layer by clicking on the eye icon
Activate the background layer
Effects / Plugins / Eye Candy 5: Nature / Water Drops
Add a new layer
Effects / Plugins / Neu! / Fur Immer
Effects / Plugins / Eye Candy 5:
Nature / Water Drops
Blend Mode: Soft Light
Activate and open the Copy of Raster 1 layer
Effects / Plugins / Mura's meister / Perspective Tiling
Effects / Reflection Effects / Rotating Mirror
Select the transparent part of this
layer with the Magic Wand (tolerance=0 / Feather=60)
Press the Delete key 4 times
Select none
Copy the misted landscape tube
Paste as a new layer
Position it to the left as per the model
Copy the female tube
Paste as a new layer Image / Mirror / Mirror Horizontal
Position it to the right as per the model
The layers look like this:
Image / Add borders / 2px / #eb9502
Copy (will be saved)
Image / Add borders / 40px / any color
Select this border with the Magic Wand (tolerance/feather=0)
Paste Select the image that is in memory
Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur: 10
Effects / Plugins / Unlimited 2 /
Andrew's Filters 26 / To New Zealand
Image / Add borders / 2px / #eb9502
Select none
Add signatures
Merge all
Save as jpeg
