Colors: Foreground: #e08d30 - Background: #303c4e
Paint the image with the background color
Add a new layer
Prepare this Sunburst gradient

Paint the image with this gradient Adjust / blur / Gaussian Blur: 20 Blend Mode: Luminance (L)

Step 2
Add a new layer
Prepare this Rectangular gradient

Paint the image with it Effects / Plugins / Unlimited 2 / VM Toolbox / Tiler

Blend mode: Hard Light

Step 3
Add a new layer
Paint with black

Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image / Mask [Empty]

Merge group

Drop shadow: 2 2 60 2 #f7c681
Add new layer
Paint with black color
Layers / New Mask layer / From Image / Mask [mask-edith-26]
Merge group
Copy [Misted_Paesaggio8226]
Paste as new layer
Image / Resize: 75% - all layers unchecked
Move slightly upwards
