Open a new transparent image measuring 850x600px
Copy [2438-MP(LValella24)] - paste into the image as a new layer
Note: in my version, in this step I used a .jpeg
image and then I transformed it into a misted image, applying the
mask [20-20] to use in the next steps. Merge visible

Copy again [2438-MP(LValella24)] and paste as a new layer
Note: Here I used the tube misted
Image - Resize: 80% - all layers unchecked

Merge Visible

Paint with white color
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image - Mask [Mask_BG_19]

Set the background to white color
Activate the Paint Brush tool and configure according to the print
Make a drawing similar to the one in the print,
pressing the right mouse button

Move it up a bit with the Move Tool

Copy your character tube
Adjust the size and position it to the right

layers)
Drop shadow as before
Repeat the Drop Shadow
Copy the tube [small-roe] - Paste as a new layer
Position according to the model

Repeat the Drop Shadow
Copy the tube [DecoroPalline] - paste as a new layer
Position in the lower left corner according to the model

Open Animation Shop (AS)
Open the image worked on above
Open the animation [SimoneAni-27_SparkleCloudWhite]
This animation has 42 frames
Your image will also have to have 42 frames
With your image activated, click on the "Duplicate" icon until your
image has 42 frames.
If you exceed this number, just click on each of
the excess frames and delete them.
Activate Frame 1
Edit - Select all
Activate the animation
Activate frame 1
Edit - Select all
Both images have all the frames selected
Activate the animation
Click on the first frame of the animation and without releasing the
mouse button, drag it to your image and in frame 1, click on the
place where you want the animation to be.
If you did everything right, you will have stars on all the frames.
Activate Frame 1 of your working image
Edit - Select all
Animation - Cull Animation
Save: File - Save as - locate the folder where you
will save - name it - Save - click next 3 times - finish
