Reduce the size until you get a good position

Paste as a new layer (you can use Mirror Horizontal if you wish)
Move to the opposite frame as per the template
Merge Down

Activate the top layer
Merge down - 2 times
Activate the second layer from the bottom (center layer)
Add a new layer
Paint with the third color
