Notes:
> Open the material / Duplicate (shift+d) / Close the originals
> Change the blend mode of the layers to match their colors.
> In older versions of PSP, Mirror Horizontal=Mirror / Mirror Vertical=Flip / Pick tool=deformation

> Open the masks in psp and minimize
>Adjust the size of the tubes according to your images

Open a new transparent image measuring 800x600px
Choose two colors, one dark for the foreground and one lighter for the background
Prepare a Linear gradient
 

Paint the image with this gradient
Add new layer
paint with the foreground color
Layers - New Mask layer - From Image - Mask [OBG_MASK_90]
 

Merge Group
Effects - user Defined Filter - Emboss 3
 

Add new layer
Selections - Load selection from disk - Selections [Difference]
 

Paint the selection with the foreground color
Drop Shadow: 3 3 50 10 black
Select none
Objects - Align - Top
Layers - Duplicate
Image - Resize: 80% - all layers unchecked
Position according to the print
Select the rectangle shown in the print and delete
 

Select none
Merge Down
Layers - Properties - Blend Mode: your choice according to the colors of your work. In my version, I used screen
Add new layer
Paint with white color
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image - Mask [Mask_Narah]
 

Merge Group
Effects- user Defined Filter - Emboss 3
 

Copy your main tube
Paste as new layer
Adjust the size and position it to the left
Drop Shadow: 3 3 50 10 black
Copy your decorative tube
Paste as new layer
Drop Shadow same as before
Activate the Raster 2 layer
Copy your wordart
Paste as new layer
Change the blend mode or apply Drop Shadow of your choice
Duplicate several times and position in the image as you prefer
Image - Add borders - 2px - dark color
Image - Add borders - 40px - light color
Select the 40px border with the Magic Wand - Tolerance/feather=0
Selections - invert
Drop Shadow: 0 0 70 30 black
Select none
Image - Add borders - 2px - dark color
Resize if necessary
Add signatures
Merge all
Save as jpeg
