SCRIPT

Notes:
> Open the material / Duplicate (shift+d) / Close the originals
> Change the blend mode of the layers to match their colors.
> In older versions of PSP, Mirror Horizontal=Mirror / Mirror Vertical=Flip / Pick tool=deformation

Step 1
>> You will need a character tube
>> Open the masks in psp and minimize
Choose two colors from your tube: a dark one for the foreground and a light one for the background
Open a new transparent image measuring 800x600px
Paint the image with the light color
Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image / mask [angelagmn_14]

Merge Group
Drop Shadow: 1 1 60 1 black
Add a new layer
Paint the layer with the light color
Layers / Arrange / Send to Bottom
Merge visible

Step 2
Effects / plugins / Mehdi / Vibrations (before making the configuration click on iridescence and Lines to open other fields)

(optional) Colorize using a method of your preference
Add a new layer
Paint the layer with the dark color
Layers / New Mask Layer / From image / Mask [angelagmn_10]

Merge Group
Drop Shadow: 4 4 60 4 black
Add new layer
Paint the layer with the light color
Layers / New Mask layer / From Image / Mask [angelagmn_10] again

Merge Group

Step 3
Image / Resize: 50% - all layers unchecked
Effects / Plugins / Simple / Diamonds

Layers / Duplicate
Effects / Image Effects / Seamless Tiling - default

Merge down
Activate the Selection Tool - selection type=rectangle
Select the center square

Press Delete on the keyboard
Copy the main tube and paste as a new layer
Adjust the size and position as you prefer
Drop Shadow of your choice

Step 4
Image / Add borders / 2px / dark color
Image / Add borders / 2px / light color
Copy the deco tube [angelagmn_deco06] and paste as a new layer layer
(Optional) You can leave this deco as is, colorize it, or set the blend mode=Luminance (L), it's up to you. The author did not make any changes
Image / Add borders / 5px / dark color
Image / Add borders / 5px / light color
Image / Add borders / 5px / dark color
Finish:
Add the signatures:
Merge all
Save as jpeg
