Notes:

1. Open PSP and the materials to be used
2. Choose two colors from your tube; set the dark color as the
foreground and the light color as the background
Prepare a Linear gradient
[angle 0 repeat 1]
3. Open a new transparent image, 900x700px
Fill with the gradient
4. Effects - Texture Effects - Soft Plastic
5. Effects - Plugins - Unlimited 2 - VM Distortion - Circulator II
6. Effects - Plugins - Unlimited 2
- VM Distortion - Smallpox
7. Effects - Plugins - Unlimited 2
- VM Distortion - FlipChop
8. Effects - User Defined Filter - Emboss 3
9. Layers - Duplicate
Image - Resize: 80%
10. Drop Shadow: 10 10 60 30.00 Black
Repeat the Drop Shadow with negative V and H values
11. Add a new layer
Fill with the dark color
12. Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image - Mask [mask-angelagmn17]
13. Merge group
14. Effects - User Defined Filter - Emboss 3
15. Effects - Texture Effects - Soft Plastic - same settings as
before
16. Add a new layer
Fill with the light color
17. Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image - Mask [Narah-mask-0425]
18. Merge group
19. Effects - User Defined Filter - Emboss 3
(Note: in my version, the effect turned out too light, so I repeated
Emboss 3)
Image - Mirror Horizontal
20. Copy the main tube
Paste as a new layer
Position on one side, following the example
21. Copy the decorative tube
Paste as a new layer
Position on the other side
22. Apply a Drop Shadow of your choice to the tubes (optional)
23. Image - Add borders 2px - dark color
24. Image - Add borders 2px - light color
25. Image - Add borders 2px - dark color
26. Image - Add borders 50px - white
Select this 50px border with the Magic Wand (tolerance/feather=0)
Fill the selection with the gradient
27. Effects - Texture Effects - Soft Plastic - same settings as
before - 2 times
28. Selections - Invert
29. Drop Shadow: 4 4 60 4 black
Repeat with negative V and H values
30. Select none
31. Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Texture Frame
32. Copy the text
Paste as a new layer
Position as desired and colorize to match your image's colors
33. Add credits
Image - Resize: 1000px (width) (optional)
Merge all
Save as JPEG
