SCRIPT

Notes:
> Open the material / Duplicate (shift+d) / Close the originals
> Change the blend mode of the layers to match their colors.
> In older versions of PSP, Mirror Horizontal=Mirror / Mirror Vertical=Flip / Pick tool=deformation

Step 1
>> You will need a character tube
>> Open the mask in psp and minimize
Choose a dark color from your tube for the foreground and a light color for the background
Open a new transparent image measuring 900x700px
Selections / Select all
Copy the image [background-starburst-colorido_1048-1269] and paste it into the selection
Select none
Add a new layer
Paint it with a color from your image (I chose the dark color)
Layers / Properties / blend Mode: Burn or Darken or another color of your choice
Merge down

Step 2
Layers / Duplicate
Image / Resize: 80% - all layers unchecked
Drop Shadow: 4 4 60 4 black
Repeat Drop shadow with negative V and H
Activate the Raster layer 1
Effects / Plugins / Textures / Patchwork

Activate the layer above 0 Copy of Raster 1
Effects / plugins / Impressionist / Crayon / Distressed Fresco Rubbing 1

Step 3
Add a new layer
Paint with white or another light color from your image
Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image / Mask [Dawns-flowers.msk]

Merge Group
Drop shadow: 4 4 60 4 black
Repeat the Drop Shadow with negative V and H
Adjust / Add/Remove Noise / Add Noise

Copy the main tube and paste it as a new layer
Adjust the size and position as you prefer
Drop Shadow of your choice

Step 4
Image / Add borders / 2px / color used in the mask (light color)
Image / Add borders / 40px / predominant color in your tag (dark color)
Select this 40px border with the Magic Wand - tolerance/feather=0
Effects / Plugins / impressionist / Crayon - same as previous

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel

Select none
Image / Add borders / 2px / mask color
Finalize:
Add signatures
Merge all
Save as jpeg
