Notes:
> Open the material / Duplicate (shift+d) / Close the originals
> Change the blend mode of the layers to match their colors.
> In older versions of PSP, Mirror Horizontal=Mirror / Mirror Vertical=Flip / Pick tool=deformation

> Open the masks in psp and minimize
>Adjust the size of the tubes according to your images

You will need a character tube and a floral tube
Remove two colors from the tube: a dark one for the foreground and a light one for the background
Prepare a Radial gradient

Open a new transparent image measuring 900x700px
Paint with the gradient
Effects - Geometric Effects - Skew

Effects - distortion Effects - Wave

Effects - Artistic Effects - Topography

Add new layer
Paint with white color
Layers - New mask layer - from image - mask [1217491293_masques]

Merge Group
Drop shadow: 2 2 60 2 dark color
Layers - Duplicate
Merge down
Copy the character tube and paste as a new layer
Adjust the size and position as desired
Drop shadow: 2 -70 60 2 black
Copy the floral tube
Adjust the size and position as desired
Drop shadow from your choose
Image - Add borders - 5px - foreground color
Image - Add borders - 10px - background color
Image - Add borders - 5px - foreground color
Image - Add borders - 40px - different color
Select this 40px border with the Magic Wand - Tolerance/feather=0
Paint with the gradient - WITH INVERT CHECKED

Effects - Artistic Effects - Topography

Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Glass

Selections - Invert
Drop shadow: 10 10 60 10 black
Repeat the Drop shadow with negative V and H
Select none
Image - Add borders - 5px - light or white color
Copy the deco [angelagmn_deco33] - paste as a new layer
Colorize using the method of your choice
Finalize:
Place the signatures
Merge all
Save as jpeg
